Congratulations to Ethan Lewis and Caitlin Williams for their hard work in 2009, they have know been invited to join the Centre Of Excellence Squad in Cardiff.
They will be joining:
Ashley Stavrakis, Ryan Oyler, Liam Winders, Steven Fawkes, Jac Jenkins, Tom Goodall, Laura Edwards, Naomi James, Abi Sayce, Romy Killick
After the Christmas Break the squad will know be preparing for 2010 and will be training hard in order of up and coming events.
Blaenau Gwent Junior and Cadet - 24th January
Newport Open - 7th February
Cardiff Satalite Grand Prix - 27th & 28th February
Welsh National Championships - 6th March
